2014年に行われた「NANO-MUGEN FES」で初お披露目をしたNICOのアコースティック編成バンド。 2015年2月にはアルバム「Howdy!! We are ACO Touches the Walls」をリリース、ビルボードライヴ（東京・大阪）でプレミアムなライヴを開催して惜しまれながら活動休止。 2016年、活動再開宣言と共にアコースティックフェスに姿を現して話題になっている。
